I have heard of icewines, although never tasted one, and just learned that there are also sparkling icewines. What are they like and would this be a good wine to bring to the party? Is it served chilled like a regular white wine?

A sparkling icewine would be perfect for the occasion, sometimes referred to as “the Champagne of Icewine”.
